His responsibilities included supporting daily maintenance activities and contributing to the overall quality of the club's facilities.

From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Davidson held the position of assistant golf course superintendent at Kilkarney Hills Golf Club in River Falls, Wisconsin. This role marked his entry into the golf course industry while he was still completing his undergraduate studies. Working alongside a full-time superintendent and primarily seasonal staff, he developed foundational skills in turf management and team coordination.

Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Davidson served as a customer service representative for American Family Mutual Insurance from 2015 to 2019. This experience provided him with essential communication and organizational skills that have supported his subsequent leadership roles.

Mr. Davidson's professional affiliations reflect his dedication to advancing the field of golf course management. He has been a director of the Utah Golf Course Superintendent's Association since 2024, after previously serving as assistant director in 2023. He is also an active member of both the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Utah Golf Course Superintendent's Association.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Utah State University, completed in 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earned in 2022. The combination of these degrees has equipped him with both technical expertise in turfgrass science and strong managerial acumen. Mr. Davidson's educational achievements have been instrumental in his rapid career progression and ability to lead complex projects within the industry.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Davidson holds several certifications relevant to his profession. He is a non-commercial pesticide applicator certified by the State of Utah as of 2024 and completed the assistant superintendent certificate series through the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America in 2023.

Throughout his career, Mr. Davidson has been recognized for his accomplishments and potential within the industry. He was invited to participate in The Green Start Academy at Pinehurst by John Deere, Rain Bird and Envu—a program that identifies top assistant superintendents nationwide.
