For more than 15 years, he held the position of global power sales manager, where he was pivotal in building and leading high-performing teams and facilitating technology development initiatives for power plants worldwide. As the global power sales manager, he provided consulting and services to combined cycle power plants throughout 50 countries in Europe, Caribbean, Middle East, South America and North America.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Peterson has demonstrated exceptional skill in developing teams and spearheading technological advancements. He is credited with multiple industry-specific patents developed and published during his career, underscoring his commitment to innovation and progress in his field. Rising from modest beginnings — having barely graduated high school while overcoming expectations that he would remain in shift work — he is deeply proud of his career trajectory, which has seen him progress from field project manager to chief operating officer while establishing Precision Iceblast as a cornerstone of both the Peshtigo community and the Combined Cycle power realm.

This resulted in a 20% direct cost reduction for the company through lean operational practices.
