Ms. O'Loughlin's academic background includes an Associate of Science in Business degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. Her formal education provided a strong foundation in business principles that have informed her approach to management and entrepreneurship.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. O'Loughlin is actively involved in civic organizations and the arts. A playing member of the St. Augustine Orchestra since 2015, she served on the Executive Board as treasurer as well as on the Artistic Advisory Council, and is an accomplished cellist with the group. She was also a member of the Northeast Florida Conservatory Orchestra in Jacksonville for seven years until they closed in 2019.
