Educationally, Mrs. Laham's background includes a Master of Business Administration in finance from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, conferred in 2010. She also has a double major and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international marketing and international management with a minor in Spanish from Pace University, earned in 2007.

Furthering her expertise, she has earned the fundamentals of Wintrust leadership certification.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Laham has been recognized for her collaborative spirit and dedication to excellence, receiving the Team Player Award from Wintrust in 2024. Overall, she attributes much of her success to the influence of her parents, who immigrated to the United States with limited resources yet built a strong family foundation. Outside her professional work, Mrs. Laham enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and their two children. Anticipating the future, she aims to become more familiar with technology as she continues to adapt alongside an evolving global landscape. She is also currently immersed in writing her first novel which she hope to release in the next few years.
