During his nearly decade-long tenure with AT&T Advanced Business Solutions, he was instrumental in co-developing global customer IoT strategies, multi-divisional global contracting, and pricing models, while serving as a subject matter expert to international boards and associations. He also played a central role in establishing the first global ISO Telematics Data Standard for industrial equipment OEMs, advancing industry-level policy and standardization in IoT globally enabling cross functional systems integration efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Amerine held business development and senior leadership roles with Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions, Parametric Technology Corporation, SmartEquip, LoJack Supply Chain Integrity, Babaco Alarm Systems, Caterpillar, Ryder Systems, and RDO Equipment. In these roles, he drove double & triple-digit growth by leading global marketing, product strategy, and technology commercialization, consistently focusing on embedding sustainability into advanced solutions.

Mr. Amerine is recognized as a business leader and a trusted advisor to boards, investors, and executive teams worldwide. His expertise extends beyond enterprise growth to global association leadership and policy development, where he has collaborated with organizations such as the California Trucking Association, Association of Equipment Management Professionals and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers to align industry practices with technology innovation and sustainability goals.

Educated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso, Ryder also selected Mr. Amerine to further refine his leadership skills through executive programs at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
