Mr. Barile's tenure with Webasto began with several leadership roles. As the general manager at Webasto Group from 2011 to 2019, he led the company's Italian operations, driving profitability through strategic portfolio growth, operational efficiencies and key customer partnerships that positioned the facility among the top performers in Europe. His earlier roles include deputy general manager WSpA and sales and marketing director at Webasto Group from 2009 to 2010.

Building on his success at Webasto, Mr. Barile also took on influential roles across the broader automotive industry. From 2015 to 2018, he was the president of component group at Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica, where he contributed to advancing industry standards and practices. He also served as the south Europe regional leader and managing director at WABCO Italy from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Barile's academic background includes earning a master's degree in engineering. Complementing his education, he is actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association and CLEPA. He is also a past president of Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica, showcasing his ongoing commitment to industry advancement.
