BEVERLY HILLS, CA, October 01, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Arthur Tseng has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Tseng has established a distinguished career as a highly driven executive, recognized for his extensive experience and commercial insight across a spectrum of industries. In his current capacity as group chief financial officer since 2018 and chief operating officer since 2021 at Amitofo Care Center International, he oversees strategic planning and provides direction to general managers and chief executives of each subsidiary. He ensures that budgets are well-managed and fosters effective communication while seeking corporate sponsorships and engagement from high-net-worth individuals. His responsibilities extend to handling the detailed aspects of day-to-day operations typical of a chief financial officer, with a focus on the human side of operations rather than solely technical matters.
In addition to these roles, Mr. Tseng has been a representative to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for Glorious Sun Enterprises Ltd. since 2023, including participation in the United Nations High-Level Political Forum and High-Level Forum's general debate from 2024 to 2025. From 2012 to 2016, he was consulting principal at Amida & Arthur, where he provided management consulting services with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial modeling and due diligence. His earlier tenure as senior executive in transaction advisory services for the Middle East and North Africa region at Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2012 saw him managing complex cross-border transactions under tight deadlines.
Prior to this, Mr. Tseng held the position of assistant general manager at Sunny Equipment Co. Ltd from 2010 to 2011, where he contributed to operational leadership and business development initiatives. From 2008 to 2010, he was manager in the mergers and acquisitions transaction services at Deloitte, overseeing teams across multiple countries and executing multimillion-dollar deals.
Mr. Tseng's foundational experience was built at the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa, where he progressed from junior accountant in 2001 to financial accountant in 2003 to group finance manager from 2004 to 2008. These roles provided him with deep exposure to corporate accounting, financial analysis and budget review.
His academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in strategy, negotiation and leadership from Monash Business School in Melbourne in 2018. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in taxation and financial management from the University of Pretoria. Mr. Tseng's professional qualifications include chartered accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, master tax practitioner designation from the South African Institute of Taxation and a corporate finance graduate certificate from Harvard University. He is also an active member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Business and Finance.
Mr. Tseng's initial involvement with nonprofit work began in Africa in 2004 when he volunteered with an organization dedicated to establishing primary and secondary schools for vulnerable children, particularly orphans who had lost both parents. This experience ignited his passion for the nonprofit sector, leading him to dedicate his professional expertise toward causes that support underprivileged youth.
Beyond his professional commitments, he has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to civic engagement as a volunteer with organizations at various initiatives across Africa between 2004 and 2010. An accomplished author, Mr. Tseng's book "M&A Transactions: Financial Due Diligence from Zero to Professional" was published by CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform in 2013, exemplifying his ability to translate complex marketplace concepts into accessible language for audiences without technical backgrounds.
Mr. Tseng attributes much of his success to his shyness during childhood, a trait that allowed him to listen intently, observe carefully and synthesize information deeply. He believes that these qualities have enabled him to develop unique insights into people's needs and challenges across diverse cultures.
In his personal life, Mr. Tseng enjoys sports such as table tennis, badminton and basketball as well as cycling, running, jogging and reading. He cherishes time spent with his family, including his spouse and two daughters—one currently attending university while the other is in elementary school. Looking ahead, he remains committed to connecting wealthy individuals with those who are extremely underprivileged, a mission he considers central to his life's work. He aims to facilitate opportunities for education funding and skill development so that future generations can achieve self-sufficiency without reliance on external assistance.
