Prior to joining Park Avenue Mental Health Counseling, Ms. Williams was the chief executive officer of PTSDTherapy LLC from 2022 to 2024.

She also served as chief operating officer and psychotherapist at Pretty Healthy Management LLC from 2019 to 2022, where she provided direct patient care while simultaneously managing organizational strategy.

From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Williams was also a psychotherapist with Pretty Healthy Management LLC, further expanding her clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Also renowned for her significant achievements in the technology sector, she has served as president of Execusoft Consulting Services LLC in Dallas since 2014. As an executive leader, she oversees consulting initiatives that bridge the gap between technological solutions and the needs of small and mid-sized businesses.

A defining milestone in Ms. Williams' journey was the founding of Collectronics Business Solutions in 2001, where she continues to serve as Director. Inspired by her husband's challenges in managing legal accounts at his law firm, she identified an unmet need for automation within the legal industry. Drawing on her background in technology and business, she launched the company from scratch — an endeavor she considers her most notable achievement. Under her leadership, Collectronics developed innovative software that gained national attention and has served many law firms across the United States. Ms. Williams' earlier roles include serving as a sales executive at Attenza.com Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and client relationship manager at Computer Associates Inc., one of the world's largest software companies, from 1999 to 2000. At Computer Associates, she collaborated with Fortune 500 clients nationwide, generated new sales leads and regularly engaged with C-level executives, further honing her skills in client relations and enterprise solutions. She began her professional journey as the director of marketing and public relations at Riddle & Williams P.C., where she gained foundational experience in legal services marketing, e-business strategies and public engagement.

Hailing from an equally impressive academic background, Ms. Williams earned a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University in 2019 after completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology there in 2018. as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political science from Louisiana State University, completed in 1990. Her educational achievements were supported by a full Board of Supervisors scholarship during college — a testament to her academic excellence.

Ms. Williams attributes much of her success to overcoming her own history of trauma and an unwavering dedication to helping others navigate their healing journeys. Her transition into technology was initially driven by financial necessity after graduation; however, it ultimately enabled her to develop innovative solutions that have had a lasting impact on both the legal and mental health fields.

To expand her network and stay aware of best counseling practices, Ms. Williams is an active member of professional organizations including the Women's Mental Health Consortium, Psychology Today and the American Psychological Association. Ms. Williams is constantly honing her therapeutic skills by taking courses to stay up to date with the latest in mental health advocacy and innovative, custom treatments to meet each patient's unique needs for support.

Demonstrating her passion for community service across diverse causes, Ms. Williams engages in volunteer efforts with Ndoto for Africa's Future — which provides educational opportunities and additional resources for children in Kenya — as well as the Good Dog Foundation, Dallas Fort Worth Metro Golden Retriever Rescue and The Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. Also, a devoted family woman, she has been married for over 30 years.
