Henry knew in high school that he wanted to be a trial lawyer. He pursued his passion earning his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, cum laude, with a minor in theology from Boston College in 2001, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, with a certificate in trial advocacy, from Loyola University Chicago in 2005. Initially intending to major in political science to prepare for law school, Henry was encouraged by a professor to pursue philosophy after demonstrating an aptitude for understanding complex ideas. This decision proved instrumental in shaping his analytical abilities and approach to legal reasoning.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Colorado, and Wyoming, as well as before numerous federal courts. In addition, he is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and serves on the executive committee of the board of directors for the Parent Teacher Organization at The French American School of Denver.

Throughout his career, Henry has demonstrated a deep commitment to trial law, which he considers his most notable achievement. He is passionate about trying cases and crafting compelling narratives for judges and juries.
