Mr. Burr began his legal career as a law clerk and later served as an associate attorney at Brady, Schaulat, Falsetti & Synar from 2007 to 2009. He also served as a law clerk for the City Attorney's Office in Oklahoma City in 2007. These formative roles allowed him to develop practical skills and gain insight into the workings of both private practice and municipal law.

Throughout his sixteen-year career, Mr. Burr has become known for his self-made success, achieved through steadfast principles, vision and hard work, qualities that have earned him respect among peers and clients alike. He attended Ricks College from 1999 to 2000 before transferring to Brigham Young University in Provo, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2005. After discovering limited opportunities with an undergraduate degree alone, he pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2009. Although initially uncertain about a legal career, Mr. Burr was drawn by the intellectual challenge and personal fulfillment it offered.
