In 2024, he assumed the role of superintendent at Bach Homes, LLC, where he has overseen construction projects and contributed to the company's operational success. His expertise in leadership has been instrumental in guiding teams and ensuring project milestones are met with precision.

Before his current position, from 2023 to 2024, Mr. Roundtree held the position of contracting officer at Tactical Drywall. During this period, he was responsible for negotiating contracts, managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards. A significant milestone during his military tenure was organizing, structuring and leading a team at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where he served as the Senior Instructor for hand-to-hand combat training. Under his direction, the program gained national recognition, attracting participants from across the United States and earning distinction as a top-tier course for the Army. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Roundtree enjoys playing golf, photography and singing. Looking ahead, he is considering transferring his new career to a company founded by a fellow veteran that has become highly influential in national and international construction projects. Alternatively, he is contemplating starting his own construction company as a legacy for his children. He also aims to obtain Project Management Professional certification and pursue additional formal education.
