Before establishing KLeaigh LLC, Ms. Leaigh built a substantial career as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee with Real Estate Matrix, where she served for 13 years. During this period, she developed expertise in property valuation and market analysis, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of real estate assessments.

Earlier in her professional journey, Ms. Leaigh worked in advertising at AT&T.

She was a top sales consultant and designer for them. She received several awards and achievements during her tenure with the company. She consistently met and exceeded their quotas. Ms. Leaigh viewed and received these awards as part of her responsibilities, rather than as personal accolades. Ms. Leaigh emphasized teamwork and often supported coworkers facing challenges, preferring to share credit rather than seek individual recognition.
