Before his current position, Mr. Rhinehart built a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, where he held several key leadership roles over a span of more than 15 years. He then earned titles such as logistics operations manager, responsible for coordinating supply chains and logistical support for military operations; operations manager; recruitment operations program manager; and senior program manager, until 2023. Throughout his military service, Mr. Rhinehart led numerous soldiers, providing them with purpose, motivation, and direction, and was deployed five times. He is especially proud of the positive impact he has had on those under his command, helping to shape their careers and personal growth.

Mr. Rhinehart's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Newberry College in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Project Management from American InterContinental University in 2018. He has also completed ongoing doctoral coursework at Liberty University.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Rhinehart holds numerous certifications that demonstrate his commitment to professional development and excellence. He is a Certified Project Director through the Center for Project Innovation and completed the Catalyst Program, as well as Brand Management coursework, through Southern Methodist University's Continuing and Professional Education. Mr. Rhinehart is also a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute Inc., holds a Security+ CE certification from CompTIA, and is a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Additional credentials include Unit Movement Officer certification from Central Texas College, a Demonstrated Senior Logistician designation from The International Society of Logistics, Global Combat Support System certification from the U.S. Army, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma.

Mr. Rhinehart maintains an active membership in the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Epsilon Pi Tau International Honor Society in Technology, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. He has served as a mentor with Children's Success Unlimited LLC and was a peer mentor with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Additionally, he volunteered with The Salvation Army, further reflecting his dedication to community service.
