With nearly three decades of culinary leadership, Mr. Kinoshita has built a distinguished and wide-ranging career. In 2025 he served as Vice President of Culinary at Allegiant Stadium overseeing daily operations, staffing, banquet events, and food safety. Known for his meticulous inspections, elevated presentation, and unwavering commitment to flavor, he ensures every guest enjoys a superior dining experience. Previously, Mr. Kinoshita was Senior Executive Chef with Levy Restaurants at Allegiant Stadium from 2021 - 2025. There he directed culinary teams serving 150 premium suites, created five rotating menus, and set new standards for service in high-volume, high-profile settings. Directed the Full Culinary Program for Super Bowl LVIII in 2024.

He was also Executive Chef for Delaware North in Jacksonville, Florida for 5 years where he managed more than 200 employees and introduced strategies that increased efficiency and guest satisfaction. His reputation for excellence in Japanese cuisine also earned him the role of official sushi chef for the Jacksonville Jaguars' ownership group.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kinoshita led the research and development team at Blue Ridge Restaurants in Rockville, Maryland, where he launched a 375-seat restaurant and introduced its first bread and sushi program. He served as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef at TAO Group in Las Vegas, where his signature Bao Bun became a top-selling item.

Additional leadership roles included Executive Chef at Seaview Resort, Dolce Hotels & Resorts in New Jersey, and Executive Chef with Caesar's Entertainment.

Mr. Kinoshita's professional foundation rests on both education and certification. He earned an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1992 and earlier studied culinary arts at Northeast Metro Technical Institute. In 2018, he achieved the Certified Executive Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation, where he was an active member from 2018 to 2023.

Born in Honolulu and raised in Hilo Hawaii, Mr. Kinoshita found his calling early, inspired by the fresh flavors of Vietnamese spring rolls and the television series Great Chefs of America. He credits his enduring success to consistency, accountability, and a passion for food that has guided every step of his journey.

Beyond his professional life, Mr. Kinoshita treasures family time with his wife, two grandchildren and sister a college teacher. He also enjoys cooking at home and visiting Asian markets, which connect him to his heritage and spark new culinary ideas.

Looking ahead, Mr. Kinoshita plans to establish his own consulting business while continuing to mentor others in the hospitality industry. Through innovation, leadership, and a devotion to craft, he remains committed to elevating the dining experience and inspiring the next generation of chefs.
