His efforts are focused on optimizing machine efficiency and reducing product loss, often achieving improvements of up to 5% or more. Mr. Agerbeck is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between blue-collar experience and technical expertise, leveraging his background in chemistry to support sales teams with product demonstrations and conversions.

Affiliated with H.B. Fuller Company since 2015, Mr. Agerbeck began his tenure as a technician I entry level through Aerotek, where he gained foundational experience in laboratory procedures and technical support. From 2015 to 2016, he contributed as a laboratory technician II. In 2016, Mr. Agerbeck held the position of area technical specialist II at H.B. Fuller Company, followed by his role as an application specialist from 2016 to 2022, during which he worked closely on end-of-line packaging and beverage labeling.

Before joining H.B. Fuller Company, Mr. Agerbeck worked as a contract technician for Volt Industries/3M from 2008 to 2014, following an initial three-month internship with the company. His career foundation was shaped by his service in the U.S. Army as an airborne ranger with the 3rd Battalion, 75th Infantry Regiment, between 1998 and 2000. This experience instilled in Mr. Agerbeck discipline, resilience and a commitment to excellence that have defined his subsequent professional achievements.

Mr. Agerbeck earned an Associate of Applied Science in nanotechnology sciences from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount in 2009, followed by coursework in chemistry at Metropolitan State University of Minnesota in Saint Paul in 2016. Mr. Agerbeck attributes much of his professional success to his educational journey and perseverance.

Civically engaged, Mr. Agerbeck has volunteered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Outside of work, he enjoys practicing and teaching jiu-jitsu. In light of his military service, he has been honored for his illustrious unit.
