WEST JORDAN, UT, October 10, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danniel Worthen Cullumber, LCSW, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Worthen Cullumber is the founder and chief executive officer of Willow Medela Wellness LLC, a holistic trauma therapy practice she established in July 2025. In her role, she manages all logistical and legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with regulations for licensed clinical social workers. She provides supervision for all employees and works as a trauma therapist herself. While she can only provide mental health services in the state Utah, Ms. Worthen Cullumber offers life coaching services and has the capacity to serve international clients. She is also active in public relations, having been featured in international magazines and podcasts, which has become a significant focus of her professional outreach.

Before founding Willow Medela Wellness LLC, Ms. Worthen Cullumber served as the behavioral health therapist for Premise Health from 2024 to 2025. In this capacity, she was the primary and sole therapist for all full-time employees, contract workers and administrative staff within the largest school district in Salt Lake City. Her responsibilities included providing therapy to teachers, principals, vice principals, custodial staff, bus drivers and police officers. She collaborated closely with psychiatrists and social workers, establishing herself as the central resource for mental health support within the district. Through Granite Wellness Center, a contract partner of Premise Health, she supported a roster of over 1,200 clients at any given time. Her work focused on implementing medical benefits for teachers, particularly addressing burnout among early-career educators by offering free mental health services as part of their benefits package.

From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Worthen Cullumber was a clinical therapist at Phoenix Rebellion Therapy, where she provided trauma-informed care to diverse populations. In 2022, she also held a clinical therapist position at Eva Carlston Academy, further expanding her expertise in adolescent mental health.

Between 2020 and 2022, Ms. Worthen Cullumber worked as a clinical therapist at Multicultural Counseling Center. During her graduate studies and subsequent employment there, she created and supervised a skills counseling department that provided essential coping strategies to clients awaiting therapy. This initiative addressed basic needs based on Maslow's hierarchy of care and allowed clients to engage more deeply in therapeutic work. She piloted this program for one year after graduation while also serving as a clinical therapist.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Worthen Cullumber was a professional parent coordinator at RISE from 2018 to 2020, where she coordinated support services for families and received the MVP Award of the Year in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, she worked as a social service worker at Hopeful Beginnings, supporting children and families through various challenges.

In 2013, Ms. Worthen Cullumber contributed her expertise to the Department of Child and Family Services within the Department of Human Services. She also served as the crisis manager for Tooele Youth at Valley Mental Health from 2012 to 2013, providing crisis intervention for youth in need.

Her foundational experience includes internships with the Department of Child and Family Services from 2011 to 2012 and NAMI Utah from 2009 to 2010.

Ms. Worthen Cullumber is recognized for her expertise in holistic trauma therapy, a discipline that addresses trauma while considering spirituality and cultural beliefs. Her approach creates an inclusive environment where individuals feel safe expressing their identities without fear of misunderstanding or stigma. She is most proud of her ability to recognize healing in people and provide them with renewed purpose and quality of life.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the Utah Social Work Association and the National Society of Leadership and Success, which she has held since 2011. She served on the University of Utah Social Work Alumni Board from 2012 to 2014 and is a former member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Ms. Worthen Cullumber's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She is currently pursuing a doctorate of social work at Simmons University. She earned a master's degree in social work from the University of New England in Maine in 2020, graduating with honors during the COVID-19 pandemic, and holds a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Utah, which she earned in 2012. Her academic journey began with an associate degree in social work from Salt Lake Community College.

She attributes her success to hands-on learning experiences that have given her unique insight into client needs. Living with undiagnosed attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and dyslexia required her to navigate systems not designed for neurodivergent individuals, an experience that informs her empathetic approach today. Having experienced both lower-class and middle-class lifestyles, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by many clients and draws upon these experiences when referring individuals to community resources.

Ms. Worthen Cullumber's commitment extends beyond her professional roles into civic engagement. Since 2010, she has volunteered with the local Jordan School District and has been an active classroom parent at her children's schools. She also participates in holiday activities that benefit her community.

Her dedication has been recognized through several honors, including the MVP Award of the Year from RISE in 2019 and academic honors upon completing her master's degree at the University of New England.

Born in Salt Lake City, Ms. Worthen Cullumber is devoted to her family life as well as her personal interests, including paranormal investigations, breathwork practices, and reading. She enjoys spending time with family, including four adult children who are each pursuing successful paths, and shares seven cats with her husband.

Looking ahead, Ms. Worthen Cullumber plans to complete her doctoral program while building a platform that encourages open discussions about mental health without stigma, integrating spiritual aspects important to individuals' identities. With a background in geriatric care and special needs advocacy, she aims to foster healthy communication through community support networks that break down barriers for those seeking help.

Ms. Worthen Cullumber continues to advance holistic trauma therapy while championing inclusivity within mental health care, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to empowering others on their healing journeys.
