His responsibilities include managing projects from initial concept through certificate of occupancy, assisting with market analysis and site selection, overseeing design and construction, and developing conceptual plans and budgets. He also collaborates closely with investment teams and operational partners to ensure the success of projects. Mr. Glasmire takes particular pride in his journey from challenging beginnings as a ditch digger to owning a consulting company that specializes in self-storage facilities.

Before establishing his own firm, Mr. Glasmire served as Vice President of Capital Projects and Maintenance at Mini Mall Storage Properties from 2022 to 2024. In this capacity, he managed large-scale projects, directed expansion initiatives and specialty developments, and played a key role in aligning capital projects with organizational goals.

From 2015 to 2022, Mr. Glasmire served as a Sr. Construction Manager at Extra Space Storage. During this period, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing properties for one of the nation's leading self-storage companies.

Between 2006 and 2011, Mr. Glasmire contributed his expertise as a Construction Manager at Public Storage. His work involved supervising major construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and delivering high-quality results for one of the largest operators in the sector.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Glasmire gained valuable experience working with Freeman Management, a joint venture partner with Shurgard Self-Storage after responding to a job advertisement that aligned with his interests and background. This opportunity marked the beginning of his long-standing commitment to the self-storage industry.

Mr. Glasmire's foundational years after college, were spent at Samuel G. Glasmire and Sons, his father's construction company, where he dedicated two decades to learning various factions of the construction trade. As a licensed blaster specializing in demolition and excavation work, he was also a general laborer, heavy equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. He learned the trades of laying sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water pipes, and bulk earth excavation. During this time he developed a strong work ethic and technical proficiency that would serve as the bedrock for his future achievements.

In addition to his professional pursuits in construction and self-storage facility development, Mr. Glasmire has maintained an active career as an award-winning, performing singer/songwriter since 1976, under the label Traceway Records. Over the years he has recorded 1 LP and 6 CDs, including his latest project "Such Is Life", which is scheduled for a January 2026 release. His passion for music not only brought him world wide accolades and personal fulfillment but also provided financial support during his early academic years and beyond.

Mr. Glasmire's educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as (2) Associate Degrees in Sociology and Geography, from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. The knowledge acquired through this program has been instrumental in shaping his approach to business operations, project management, and client relations throughout his career.

He attributes much of his success to his upbringing, steadfast dedication to hard work, and an enduring drive to make a positive impact on the world around him.

Born in Bethlehem, PA, Mr. Glasmire enjoys life. When not in the office, on a jobsite, an airplane or the stage, you can find him on the beach at Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands or hiking and/or skiing in the Tetons in Jackson, WY. He enjoys spending time outdoors, backpacking, reading, personal travel and visiting museums and art galleries.
