Before joining CCC Group, Mr. Lashley worked as a mechanical engineer for RD Consultancy, which executed jobs for the government of Suriname for one year. During this period, he played a pivotal role in supporting remote communities by building essential infrastructure, including shops and schools, in hard-to-reach areas. He developed systems to coordinate the delivery of construction materials and introduced a computerized maintenance management system using Microsoft Access to help local communities maintain their machinery. Earlier in his career, he spent two years at a data center in Suriname, where he honed his skills in data analytics—an expertise that would become central to his later achievements in equipment management.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Lashley has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in overseeing the entire equipment lifecycle, from procurement through disposal, and is recognized for leveraging advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions. In 2019, he became the first individual in South America to earn the Certified Equipment Manager designation from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP), underscoring his pioneering contributions to the field.

Mr. Lashley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic College Suriname.
