His earlier experience as a senior and advanced technician honed his skills in radiographic and ultrasonic testing, data integrity, and mentorship—cornerstones of his leadership style today.

Jack began his career as a geographic information systems technician with Applus RTD in Ventura, California, where he supported inspection teams through advanced mapping and data analysis. His technical foundation was built through earlier radiography work at Meggitt in Simi Valley and Precision Castparts Corp. in Oregon.

A graduate of Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology with an Associate of Science in Quality Control Management, Jack continues to advance his technical expertise through industry certifications, including API 570 Piping Inspector and Guided Wave. These credentials underscore his deep understanding of inspection methodologies, safety systems, and emerging technologies used to assess complex industrial assets.

Jack's professional drive was born from personal challenge. Between the ages of 18 and 21, he faced a period of instability that tested his resolve and focus. Rising above those early struggles shaped his outlook and taught him to channel adversity into motivation—a principle that still guides his work and leadership philosophy today.

Outside of his professional life, Jack enjoys coin collecting and cooking. Looking ahead, he envisions continued growth within Metalogic Inspection Services, with aspirations toward executive leadership as Chief Quality Officer. He has also expressed interest in public service, where his discipline and dedication could make a lasting difference.
