He played a key role in executing specialized projects that required advanced technical knowledge and operational expertise. His responsibilities included collaborating with municipalities on wastewater and water treatment plant cleaning, utility infrastructure management, heavy civil Environmental Protection Agency cleanup efforts, stormwater management, closed-circuit television inspections, line jetting and rail car cleaning. Similarly, from 2022 to 2023, Mr. McPherson served as director of business development for Kinetic Industry. In this position, he focused on expanding the company's market presence and fostering relationships with clients and industry partners. His ability to build trust and rapport was instrumental in securing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.

Mr. McPherson began his professional journey with Kinetic Industry as an operator and project manager from 2020 to 2022. Despite holding a Class A commercial driver's license with tanker, doubles and triples endorsements from the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles prior to joining the company, he started as a laborer to fully understand every aspect of the trade before advancing to operator status. This hands-on experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of field operations and set the foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

Throughout his career, Mr. McPherson has been an active member of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA), reflecting his commitment to industry standards and professional development. He has also sponsored events such as the NUCA Scholarship Cornhole Tournament, demonstrating his engagement with the broader professional community.

Mr. McPherson's educational background includes an associate degree with federal apprenticeships in general studies, carpentry, industrial maintenance and project management from Kansas State University, Liberty University and Pueblo Community College. His academic journey also included coursework in psychology, which initially inspired him to consider youth counseling before ultimately pursuing a career in utility services. The diverse skills acquired through his education have been integral to his success in project management and team leadership.
