Since 2023, she has served as a partner at GBAO, where she leads research efforts for clients across the United States, with a particular focus on the West, Southwest, Florida and New York.

In her current capacity, Ms. Mayorga oversees polling and strategy for political races and organizations aligned with Democratic values. She is responsible for identifying research needs based on client objectives, designing and executing comprehensive studies and developing representative sampling methods tailored to Latino populations. Her expertise extends to conducting focus groups and ensuring that research accurately reflects the diversity within Latino communities. Ms. Mayorga's ability to analyze and present data has been instrumental in supporting campaign and organizational decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Mayorga was the senior vice president at GBAO from 2021 to 2023. During this period, she expanded the firm's reach by managing high-profile projects and mentoring emerging talent within the organization. From 2015 to 2021, she held the position of vice president at GBAO, where she played a pivotal role in refining polling techniques and strengthening relationships with key clients.

In 2025, Ms. Mayorga became the first woman of color to be named Democratic Pollster of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants for her work on Ruben Gallego's Senate race in Arizona, which resulted in the election of the state's first Latino senator. Additionally, she was named one of the Power 100 Political Consultants by New York City and State in 2025 and was recognized among the American Association of Political Consultants' 40 Under 40 in 2016. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mayorga received the Hispanic Heritage Award in 1999.

Ms. Mayorga's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Ethnicity, Race and Migration from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, earned in 2003. The interdisciplinary nature of her studies provided a strong framework for understanding complex social dynamics, an asset that has informed her approach to research and advocacy throughout her career.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Mayorga attributes her professional success to perseverance, inspired by advice from a Latina friend who encouraged her not to quit despite challenges. Her entry into consulting was shaped by years spent working on campaigns and advancing through roles that began with grassroots organizing before transitioning into leadership positions. Raised among her mother's three sisters, strong women who deeply influenced her upbringing, Ms. Mayorga remains closely connected to her large and supportive family.

Outside her professional endeavors, Ms. Mayorga enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son's hockey tournaments, hiking in New Mexico and reading. Looking ahead, she aims to advance constituency polling as a central approach within her field, moving beyond general practices to better serve diverse communities across the nation.
