The successful launch of this second location stands as one of Ms. Roberts' most notable achievements, with revenue reaching $3 million in less than two years, a milestone that highlights her strategic acumen and operational expertise. Her efforts have also led ASAP Commercial Doors to be recognized as one of the Top 50 Commercial Door Dealers by the International Door Association in 2025.

Prior to assuming ownership, Ms. Roberts began managing ASAP Commercial Doors in 2016 after her parents, who founded the company in 1999, were involved in a motorcycle accident and could no longer work. She took a leave of absence from her finance career to support the family business, ultimately stepping into the role of President that same year. Ms. Roberts' transition from finance to entrepreneurship was driven by necessity but quickly became a passion, prompting her to reflect on her professional journey and embrace business ownership.

In addition to her work with ASAP Commercial Doors, Ms. Roberts has also been a licensed real estate agent with EPIC Home Realty in 2018, where she has sold property in Arizona. Previously, she owned and operated ASAP Janitorial from 2019 to 2022, a commercial janitorial cleaning company that she successfully built and sold. This venture provided her with additional income and entrepreneurial experience, laying the groundwork for her current achievements.

Ms. Roberts' earlier career includes serving as an operations specialist at Charles Schwab from 2014 to 2016, where she worked in trading operations. Before that, she was a premier banker at Wells Fargo between 2012 and 2014, developing expertise in financial services and client management. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as a mathematics tutor with WyzAnt Tutoring, supporting students' academic growth. Ms. Roberts also spent a year as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2011, claiming a spot in one of the top internship programs in the country.

Ms. Roberts' academic background includes coursework at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and corporate communications from Arizona State University, earned in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in a study abroad program at the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2013. Ms. Roberts further distinguished herself by obtaining an international business certificate from the American University of Rome in 2013.

A native of Phoenix, Ms. Roberts attributes much of her success to her Christian faith, which she believes provides guidance during times of silence with God. Her faith has influenced many pivotal decisions throughout her life, including relocating across the country for new ventures, and grounds her approach to challenges with confidence. Though she considers herself ordinary, her belief in herself and hard work have fueled her success. Passionate about the trades, Ms. Roberts hopes to inspire others, welcoming anyone willing to commit to the industry she loves.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Roberts enjoys exercising daily, homeschooling her two children and spending time with her husband. She is passionate about expanding ASAP Commercial Doors into a national company with locations across the country and is committed to bringing youth into skilled trades. an industry she recognizes as vital yet diminishing. Additionally, Ms. Roberts plans to establish a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting victims of traumatic brain injury as a way to honor her parents' experiences.
