SCHENECTADY, NY, October 16, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eric D. Reilly has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Reilly is the founder and owner of Noble Leadership Initiative, a leadership advisory company he launched in 2025. Drawing on three decades of experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industries, he works with individuals, small teams, and organizations to develop leaders at every level. Mr. Reilly's three-tiered platform is designed to enhance existing leadership programs or provide foundational support for organizations without such structures in place. The initiative's mission is to help clients identify and enhance their innate leadership abilities, find purpose, seek awareness, strive for growth, and promote the well-being of all people.

The Noble Leadership Initiative is built upon Mr. Reilly's unique philosophy, in which, through years of experience, he has identified the key commonalities of all great leaders, which he refers to as the Five Pillars. He emphasizes that these concepts are often overlooked and are inconsistently applied in business and leadership. Mr. Reilly teaches that these commonalities are not leadership styles; every leader should have their own style and personality, and the 5 Pillars can accommodate any personal approach for all leadership situations. His approach allows each leader to express these pillars authentically, fostering a culture of respect, engagement, and empowerment.

Before launching his business, Mr. Reilly served at Boehringer Ingelheim from 1995 to 2025. He began his tenure as a business specialist responsible for direct sales to customers, physicians, hospitals, and Accountable Care Organizations. He later became an institutional specialist working with Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and other teaching institutions in Boston. In 2000, Mr. Reilly assumed a leadership role as Associate Director within the organization, overseeing hiring, training, and development for the sales force throughout the New England region. He also served as an Ambassador for the Boehringer Ingelheim Leadership Development division and was recognized for cultivating future leaders across the company.

Mr. Reilly earned a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature with coursework in psychology and a minor in economics from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.. His education laid the groundwork for his notable career in both health care and pharmaceuticals. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Reilly is deeply committed to civic engagement and community service. He is actively involved with his church and donates time, effort, and resources to Catholic Charities, Covenant House, Project Yesu, and Food For The Poor. He volunteers alongside his wife, who has served various roles in the Guilderland School District, and supports the Guilderland Food Pantry, helping organize a backpack program that provides food for underprivileged children. Mr. Reilly has also spent years coaching CYO basketball and local soccer teams in the Capital District in the spirit of giving back to younger generations through youth sports.

As an author, Mr. Reilly published "Noble Leadership: Wielding the Sword and the Shield" in 2025. The book explains in detail the Noble Leadership Initiative Philosophy, examining leadership challenges, particularly the importance of striking a balance between caring for team members and achieving organizational goals. In his book, the 5 Pillars are revealed in detail, providing insight into how these Pillars are innate in each of us and why they are so important to great leadership. Mr. Reilly advocates for a proper balance between treating others with respect, fostering productivity, empowerment, and profitability.

During his time at Boehringer Ingelheim, Mr. Reilly was nominated for the company's leadership development program. He received numerous awards for his performance, including multiple sales awards and President's Club Awards. He credits his faith, family support, and guidance from mentors during his formative years as key influences on his professional journey. Looking ahead, Mr. Reilly remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact on others' lives, whether through his family relationships or by contributing further to his local community through service and leadership development initiatives.
