Mr. Kemerley has established a distinguished career in strategic marketing, product management and innovation, and business leadership. He currently serves as vice president of product management and business development at National Diversified Sales, Inc., a role he has held since 2022. In this capacity, Mr. Kemerley sets the strategic direction for multiple product lines and the overall business, develops growth initiatives that include sales strategies, new product launches, and marketing campaigns, and empowers his team to execute these plans with clarity and support. His responsibilities also include cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership, operations leadership and the executive team, as well as coordinating engineers in new product development and overseeing the engineering department.

Before joining National Diversified Sales, Inc., Mr. Kemerley was senior director of the retail channel and interiors product line at James Hardie Building Products Inc. from 2019 to 2022. In this position, he led the retail channel strategy and managed the interiors product portfolio, driving growth through innovative approaches to market expansion and customer engagement.

From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Kemerley served in business segment leadership roles at James Hardie Building Products Inc., where he was responsible for developing integrated sales and marketing strategies that enhanced brand visibility and increased market share.

Mr. Kemerley's expertise in brand management was developed and refined during his tenure at Sara Lee and Tyson Foods, Inc., where he served as senior brand manager in various roles for the Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, and Sara Lee Sweet Goods brands. He also built a foundation for solid financial and P&L management in finance leadership roles at Sara Lee, beginning in 2003.

Mr. Kemerley began his professional journey as a senior consultant at Deloitte & Touche from 1999 to 2003.

Mr. Kemerley's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in marketing, strategic business management and entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in management information systems from Miami University. He credits the values instilled by his parents, along with his wife's support, hard work, trust, and authenticity for shaping his character and leadership approach.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Kemerley has demonstrated civic commitment as Vice President on the board of directors for Christopher House since 2012.

Born in Dayton, Ohio Mr. Kemerley enjoys spending time with his family, coaching boys basketball, playing golf, traveling, and exploring the great restaurants in Chicago.
