NAMPA, ID, October 21, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jared Jordan has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Distinguishing himself as an emerging leader in his field, Mr. Jordan currently serves as a construction manager at Toll Brothers, where he has excelled since 2024. In his role, he manages the simultaneous construction of nearly 20 homes consecutively, ensuring that each homebuyer receives all the selections they made through the design studio. His responsibilities include coordinating with trade partners, resolving issues efficiently and deploying the appropriate personnel to address challenges as they arise. Also fluent in Spanish, he is frequently called upon to facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking clients and team members, further enhancing his ability to help customers secure their dream home.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Mr. Jordan was a construction manager at Tri Pointe Homes from 2022 to 2024. During his tenure, he oversaw multiple residential projects, managed relationships with homeowners and subcontractors and maintained high standards for quality and safety on site. Upon joining the company in 2020, he began his tenure as an assistant construction manager, where he supported senior managers in project execution and gained valuable experience in large-scale residential development.

In addition to his work in construction management, Mr. Jordan was an online instructor at Brigham Young University-Idaho from 2021 to 2022. In this academic role, he taught students from diverse backgrounds, including those from Africa, Mexico and Guatemala, sharing his expertise in construction management and leadership.

In 2020, Mr. Jordan worked as a land development project manager at AllTerra Consulting in Eagle, Idaho. He was responsible for overseeing construction management projects, coordinating with engineers and municipal authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Before this, he served as a project engineer at Magleby Construction, contributing to commercial and residential building projects by managing schedules and budgets.

From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Jordan held the position of foreman at Merrill Quality Landscaping in Rexburg, Idaho, where he supervised crews and ensured the timely completion of landscaping and hardscaping developments.

A significant milestone in Mr. Jordan's professional journey was his decision to take a brief hiatus from work to focus on his mental health. This period allowed him to enhance both his mental and emotional intelligence — qualities that have become central to his leadership style. By revisiting these aspects during his Master of Business Administration coursework in authentic leadership, he has been able to lead teams effectively through challenging circumstances by considering diverse perspectives and fostering empathy among his colleagues.

Mr. Jordan's educational background has played a pivotal role in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a Master of Business Administration in leadership from Southern Utah University in 2024, which provided him with advanced skills in organizational management and authentic leadership practices. Four years earlier, he obtained a bachelor's degree in construction management with an emphasis on commercial and residential construction from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Determined to make an impact outside the classroom as well, Mr. Jordan served as vice president and later president of the Architecture and Construction Management Society at Brigham Young from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in his journey, he was a facility assistant at the Brigham Young University-Idaho Outdoor Learning Center, supervising and coordinating the maintenance of a 160-acre ranch. To augment his knowledge and qualifications, he completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour certification through ClickSafety in 2023 and is working on becoming certified as a project management professional (PMP).

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Jordan attributes his success to determination, grit and hard work while emphasizing the importance of maintaining balance between diligence and personal well-being — a philosophy that has guided both his career advancement and personal growth.

Devoted to helping others through everything he does, Mr. Jordan has been actively involved in civic organizations throughout his life. He served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2013 to 2015 and was also a camp counselor in training for Scouting America from 2008 to 2010.

Born in Boise, Mr. Jordan enjoys sports and is passionate about coaching, wrestling and the ideals of lifelong learning. Determined to further his impact in the coming years, he aspires to be recognized among top young leaders while continuing to share his knowledge and experience with future leadership figures across both national and international industries.
