In 2019, Ms. Fuellenbach was promoted to Product Operations Manager, a position she held until 2024. In this capacity, she program managed alcohol delivery, launched B2C subscription services, and introduced prescription delivery across the United States and Canada. She also implemented contactless delivery during the pandemic, ensuring customer safety and business continuity. Her efforts extended to forging non-grocery delivery partnerships and order management system integrations with major brands such as Sephora and Best Buy, and overseeing the deployment of Caper Carts—robotic, AI-powered smart grocery carts.

In recognition of her contributions as an early employee, Ms. Fuellenbach was invited by Instacart's Chief Executive Officer, Fidji Simo, to participate in the company's NASDAQ bell-ringing ceremony when Instacart went public in 2023—an experience that underscored her lasting impact on the organization's success. Her achievements at Instacart were further recognized through multiple awards, including the People's Choice Award (2021), Referral Champion Award (2017), and Core Value Recognition Award (2016).

Before her tenure at Instacart, Ms. Fuellenbach served as Senior Operations Manager at Paragon Commercial Brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2012 to 2013. She also held the same title at H & E, LLC in Northern California from 2009 to 2013, where she managed complex operational functions and contributed to organizational growth and award-winning performance.

From 2004 to 2009, Ms. Fuellenbach was Operations Manager at BVT Publishing in Northern California, where she gained valuable experience in publishing operations and process management. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Regional Marketing Representative for Island/Def Jam Records, part of Universal Music Group, in New York City from 2000 to 2004, developing expertise in marketing strategy within the music industry.

Ms. Fuellenbach's educational background includes coursework toward a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at San Francisco State University. She holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from City College of San Francisco and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration to further enhance her leadership capabilities.
