GENEVA, FL, October 22, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Melissa Reali has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Reali, who has also been known by the surnames Farney and Reali-Elliott over the course of her career, has established herself as a leading expert in data centers and power distribution, with a career spanning 20 years of innovation, leadership, and a commitment to advancing the industry. Since 2024, she has served as head of marketing at TECfusions Inc., the fastest-growing AI data center startup, where she has contributed to accelerating their market awareness and growth. In this capacity, she has shaped the brand from inception through their rapid expansion, often writing and publishing content as well as public speaking. This includes developing programs to support a broad spectrum of "customer" types—including sales prospects, existing tenants, investors, media and analysts, elected officials and the local communities they represent, as well as internal employee stakeholders—ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment across audiences.

In addition to her role with TECfusions, she serves as the Editor at Large for Data Center Frontier, an Endeavor Business Media publication, and supports numerous organizations that contract services, including microgrid service organizations, power distribution and cooling companies, data center operators, integrators, and fiber communications providers.

Prior to joining TECfusions Inc., Ms. Reali was the content marketing manager at DC BLOX from 2023 to 2024. There, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's messaging across data centers, fiber networks and subsea cable landings, broadening her expertise within the digital infrastructure ecosystem. From 2021 to 2022, she served as digital marketing and content manager for data centers at Kohler Co., where she developed targeted campaigns that elevated the company's profile in the sector.

Ms. Reali also held a significant tenure at ABB from 2014 to 2020, culminating in her position as head of data center marketing for North America from 2019 to 2020. In this role, she led strategic initiatives tailored to the unique needs of hyperscale operators and colocation providers. During the preceding year, she managed global media relations and content for distribution solutions, enhancing ABB's visibility on an international scale. She also focused on marketing communications for medium voltage power distribution, supporting critical infrastructure projects across all sectors that included data centers, and also heavy industries such as oil and gas, food and beverage, and steel manufacturing.

Ms. Reali's earlier experience includes serving as a data processing specialist at TerraCloud from 2013 to 2014, where she honed her technical acumen in software environments. From 2009 to 2013, she was a marketing manager at iGPS, where she began her post-collegiate professional journey and developed a love for sustainability-focused initiatives. Prior to 2009, she worked in marketing and public relations for software and technology company Blue Orb and the Orlando Science Center, launching her career in science- and technology-driven marketing roles.

Throughout her career, Ms. Reali has been recognized for her ability to bridge communication between senior leaders and teams during pivotal transitions and growth phases. She is known for treating every individual with respect, regardless of title or position, and values each functional area for its contributions within an organization.

In addition to her primary positions, Ms. Reali's editorial work is extensive and significant. Since 2024, she has served as the Editor-at-Large for Data Center Frontier, one of the industry's foremost publications with an average monthly readership of 15,000 professionals. In this role she authors a monthly deep-dive column that delivers insights relevant to hyperscalers, such as Google or Apple, colocation providers like TECfusions, and suppliers of equipment and services to the industry. She previously authored the Data-Centered column with Mission Critical Magazine.

Among her most notable achievements is her ongoing work with the Greener Data book series, published by lead agency JSA (Jaymie Scotto & Associates), where she also holds an advisory board position. With the third edition set for release on Earth Day, 2026, Ms. Reali will have contributed chapters to each volume since the inaugural edition in 2022, an accomplishment she proudly shares with her husband, Sean Farney, VP of Data Center Strategy at JLL. This project is a collective effort by digital infrastructure leaders dedicated to building a more sustainable future for the industry. Her contributions throughout her career have earned her recognition in the Top 25 Women in Tech by Mission Critical Magazine in 2023 and IM100 for the top 100 in the industry from Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) in 2022.

Ms. Reali's academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, and psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2009, and she is a certified network infrastructure design professional, overseen by CNet Training. Her early entry into the workforce— beginning her first salaried marketing role at age nineteen while still in college—allowed her to apply classroom knowledge directly to real-world challenges, a form of applied learning usually reserved for MBA studies. Graduating during the financial crisis when opportunities were limited, she chose practical experience over pursuing an MBA, stepping immediately into middle management roles typically reserved for more senior professionals.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Reali attributes her success to resilience in the face of setbacks and credits her faith in God with providing purpose throughout her journey. Her passion for technology was sparked by early experiences at a software startup before progressing into "smart" systems like radio-frequency identification products and ultimately focusing on power distribution, a critical component underpinning modern society and its digital transformation.

Civic engagement is also central to Ms. Reali's life and work. Since 2023, she has served the Nomad Futurist Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a free data center education. She works closely with community leaders in markets her organizations serve to identify impactful areas for support, particularly education initiatives that prepare future leaders. She has served as a STEM mentor with Scouting America and previously led Cub Scout activities from 2017 to 2022. Her volunteerism and passion for education extends across various STEM programs.

Outside her public life, Ms. Reali enjoys building a self-sustaining farm rooted in principles of sustainability and circularity. Her family of three children practices foraging, fishing, gardening and growing food as hobbies. Looking ahead into her career, Reali aims to introduce transformative change within the data center industry by adapting systems and services for new markets, a milestone she hopes to achieve before eventually settling into a life of full-time farming. Although digital infrastructure is less visible than other industries, Ms. Reali believes it is the foundation of modern life and seeks to honor those who work in it.
