Prior to this, she spent six years at AppLift, advancing through increasingly senior roles spanning the Americas. There, she was instrumental in expanding the company's footprint across North and South America, establishing its São Paulo office's marketing presence, and leading multinational campaigns that elevated AppLift's standing in the global marketplace.

Ms. Schmitt's professional foundation was forged in the hospitality sector, where she spent eight years at Sam's Chowder House in Half Moon Bay. Rising from frontline roles to floor manager, she developed training systems, operational protocols, and safety programs that remain in place to this day. This formative experience instilled in her a mastery of customer experience, event coordination, and leadership under pressure—skills that continue to underpin her marketing success.
