FORT MILL, SC, October 23, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brad Bowers has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Bowers has established a distinguished career in law enforcement and technology, currently serving as the director of law enforcement, strategic solutions, at Tranquility AI since 2025. In this position, he leverages his extensive background to bridge the gap between law enforcement agencies and advanced artificial intelligence tools, focusing on alleviating data overload for investigators. His expertise in law enforcement relations and his ability to communicate effectively with officers have been instrumental in his success, earning him recognition as an expert in these areas.
Alongside this role, Mr. Bowers has been a senior intelligence analyst at Tranquility AI since 2024. He initially joined the company after being introduced to its leadership and products through a professional connection. Although he did not have formal training as an intelligence analyst or a background in sales, his belief in the potential of the artificial intelligence software created by Tranquility Ai called TimePilot, to transform investigations, motivated him to accept the position. Over time, he transitioned toward the sales side of the organization, where he has found fulfillment in engaging directly with police chiefs, sheriffs, investigators and officers to demonstrate the capabilities of Tranquility AI's solutions.
From 2020 to 2024, Mr. Bowers served as a task force officer with the FBI. In this capacity, he coordinated resources from multiple federal agencies — including the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives — to support local law enforcement agencies that lacked access to such resources.
Simultaneously, Mr. Bowers held several positions within the Chester County Sheriff's Office, including as a narcotics sergeant between 2022 and 2024, a narcotics corporal from 2021 until 2022 and a narcotics investigator from 2020 to 2021. Recognizing that criminals often cross jurisdictional boundaries, he initiated monthly intelligence-sharing meetings among agencies in neighboring counties. These gatherings expanded over time to include six counties across two states, with attendance ranging from 25 to 75 officers. This initiative became a valuable platform for sharing case information and building cooperation — an achievement he considers one of his proudest.
Between 2014 and 2016, Mr. Bowers was a narcotics lieutenant at the Chester County Sheriff's Office while also serving as a task force officer with the DEA. His responsibilities included participating in federal drug investigations and working on wiretap cases involving court-ordered phone surveillance.
Before joining the Chester County Sheriff's Office, Mr. Bowers built foundational experience at the Chester Police Department as a narcotics sergeant from 2012 to 2013, a narcotics lieutenant from 2013 to 2014 and a narcotics corporal from 2011 until 2012. He began his law enforcement journey as a patrol officer from 2010 to 2011 after graduating from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
Providing Mr. Bowers with foundational knowledge that would later support his professional achievements was his academic background, inclusive of coursework in business administration and management at the University of South Carolina Lancaster. In addition to his certification as a law enforcement officer from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, he completed fire training service prior to entering policing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bowers has been recognized for his commitment and excellence with several awards, including graduating from the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee Narcotics Commanders School through the South Carolina United States Attorney's Office, as well as being named investigator of the year for non-uniform investigations and narcotics by Sheriff Max Dorsey in 2024. In 2023, he received a sheriff's commendation and graduated from the Command College of South Carolina through the FBI.
Outside his professional endeavors, Mr. Bowers is civically active alongside his wife, supporting her through fundraisers for Special Olympics and traveling internationally for related events such as the Special Olympics torch run in Turin, Italy, in 2025. Looking ahead, he aims to achieve significant success with Tranquility AI by building relationships with law enforcement agencies nationwide and inspiring others with his enthusiasm for transformative investigative tools.
