Ms. Durham is responsible for building and nurturing her team, understanding their needs, managing relationships with boards, strategically expanding the business and addressing emergencies within the communities in her care. Under her guidance, Edison Association Management has grown to manage approximately 70 properties and 12,000 doors thanks to a focus on selecting communities that align with her values of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Prior to founding Edison Association Management, Ms. Durham held several key leadership roles that helped shape her experience, where she learned how to effectively build and oversee diverse teams.

Before venturing into her vocational path, Ms. Durham pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exceptional Education from Flagler College in 2001. Her academic background has been pivotal in shaping her approach to leadership and communication within diverse communities.

Ms. Durham's professional journey is distinguished by her certification as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) by the Community Association Institute in 2021.

Recognized as the highest honor in the industry, this credential required the completion of rigorous coursework and a comprehensive case study. She is also certified as a Florida Community Association Manager (CFCAM) and a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), expanding her ability to serve communities effectively.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Durham has volunteered as a volleyball coach for a Unified Team which competes in Special Olympics Florida matches and tournaments. She is also involved with Habitat for Humanity in Seminole County, Florida. Being involved in the community and giving back is at the core of who she is and strives to be.

Throughout her career, Ms. Durham has received several accolades recognizing her industry impact as well as the work environment she has created as a business owner. She was honored with the Manager of Excellence award at the Florida Communities of Excellence Awards in 2011 and received recognition from the Orange County Community Awards in 2010. Additionally, Edison Association Management was named among the Best Places to Work by Orlando Business Journal in 2024 and 2025 and has received multiple Reader Choice Awards from the Florida Community Journal.

Happily married and a proud mother of two adult children, Ms. Durham enjoys spending quality time with her family, fishing and going to the beach. Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, she attributes much of her success to the influence of her ambitious mother and the values instilled during her upbringing — principles that continue to guide her commitment to excellence.
