Mr. Reichel is a distinguished professional with a robust career in both the military and private sectors. Currently, he serves as a program manager at Advanced Technology International, where he leads and manages complex, multidisciplinary prototype acquisition projects in aviation and missile technology. His role involves overseeing projects with over $1.5 billion in annual work, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and enhancing government customer satisfaction. His passion for advancing aerospace engineering to support warfighters and contribute to national security is evident in his work. Before being promoted to his current position, he was a senior project manager at the firm from 2021 to 2023.

In his current role, Mr. Reichel is the program manager for the Aviation & Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC). One of his most notable achievements while at AMTC is the development of the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft, the Army's replacement for the Black Hawk Helicopter. They are currently working on a replacement for the Stinger missile and the Future Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System, as well as over 250 other DOD prototyping efforts. Prior to his current role, he worked as an engineer at M.C. Dean Inc.

Mr. Reichel's military career began in 2011 when he commissioned in the U.S. Navy. He served as an administrative officer until 2013 aboard USS HALSEY and USS RUSSELL before studying as a nuclear propulsion program student at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command for the following year. His subsequent roles included machinery division officer and propulsion plant watch officer from 2014 to 2016 aboard the USS RONALD REAGAN and reactor training division officer from 2016 to 2017, followed by division director of officer electrical engineering at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from 2017 to 2020. Throughout his service, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills, earning two Navy Commendation Medals. He continues his service as a LCDR in the US Navy Reserves.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Reichel is actively involved in several prestigious organizations, seeking to stay abreast in his field. Among these are the Army Aviation Association of America, the Association of the United States Army and the Surface Navy Association.

Mr. Reichel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which he completed in 2011. Complementing his degree, his certifications as a nuclear engineering officer from Naval Reactors and as a propulsion plant watch officer from the U.S. Navy further underscore his technical proficiency.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Reichel enjoys spending time with his three daughters and engaging in outdoor activities, such as playing volleyball, hunting, fishing and boating. Looking ahead in his professional life, he is dedicated to personal growth and aims to make a significant impact by providing new technologies to warfighters through his work.
