Prior to advancing into her current role at Malone Workforce Solutions, Ms. Dalziel excelled as a Selling Branch Manager from 2017 to 2023. Ms. Dalziel began her career at Team 1 Staffing of Charleston, starting as a receptionist and advancing through multiple roles to become Office Manager from 2009 to 2016. In that capacity, she managed daily office operations, coordinated staffing assignments, and provided comprehensive support to clients and candidates throughout the employment process. While excelling in her management role, she also pursued higher education, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth.
