Mr. Reuss's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified by his co-founding of Reuss Fifth and Company, a consulting firm based in Minneapolis that specialized in assisting troubled businesses across seven states. Under his leadership, the company established Medcare Associates, a subsidiary that manages nursing homes and continues to thrive today, employing approximately 700 staff members.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Reuss is also recognized for his creative pursuits as an artistic woodturner featured at the North Carolina Museum of Art. This artistic endeavor highlights his diverse talents and interests outside the realm of finance.
