Mr. Mead concluded his distinguished career as support operations manager at ComplianceQuest from 2019 to 2021, where he was instrumental in building and leading the customer support department. Recruited by the company's founder, with whom he had collaborated for two decades, Mr. Mead managed daily technical and configuration operations for products built on the Salesforce CRM platform. His responsibilities included analyzing and troubleshooting design functionalities, implementing solutions or developing workarounds, and providing detailed testing use cases to the development team for code modifications. He also ensured customer success through administration management, end-user training, and reporting key departmental metrics to executive leadership.

Before his tenure at ComplianceQuest, Mr. Mead served as engagement manager and senior technical advisor at Pilgrim Quality Solutions from 2006 to 2018. In this capacity, he provided expert guidance on quality management systems for life sciences companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Medtronic, Physio-Control, Stryker, Wilson Medical, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. His work focused on computer compliance for manufacturing and quality control processes, including metrology, auditing, risk management and regulatory nonconformance. Mr. Mead's efforts contributed to the development of robust software solutions that supported regulated industries in meeting stringent standards.

From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Mead served as technical services manager at Blackwell Heating & Air. There, he oversaw technical operations and implemented process improvements that enhanced service delivery.

From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Mead served as project manager at CareMedic Systems, where he led teams responsible for deploying healthcare technology solutions designed to enhance patient care and administrative efficiency.

His earlier role as project manager at Pilgrim Software from 2000 to 2001 marked a pivotal period in his career. Working closely with founders Prashanth Rajendran and Ami Utji, Mr. Mead played a key role in expanding the company's reach within the life sciences sector. This experience laid the foundation for his later achievements in quality management software.

In 1999, Mr. Mead was the deputy Y2K project manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the United States (now WSP USA), where he contributed to the President's Council on Y2K Conversion. He was part of a team tasked with conducting due diligence on 108 nuclear reactors supporting the national electrical grid, a milestone he considers one of his most notable professional accomplishments.

As East Coast project manager at CPS Systems in 1998, Mr. Mead implemented tax collection and property appraisal software across Florida and Georgia counties. His expertise enabled the successful installation of systems in numerous jurisdictions, providing him with unique experiences, such as resolving critical issues at high-profile venues.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mead has been an active member of industry organizations, including the American Society for Quality and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Mead's educational background includes coursework in computer science and research at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, completed in 1980. This academic foundation equipped him with advanced knowledge of mainframe computing and research methodologies that proved invaluable throughout his career. He further enhanced his expertise with a PMP course certification from IECUBE, a six sigma lean manufacturing professional and change management specialist certifications from Management & Strategy Institute, advanced computer systems coursework at Pensacola Junior College, ECRI engineering software systems training at Sacred Heart Information Center, industrial management engineering coursework at Southern Institute of Technology, and eleven international quality certifications from IACET.

His commitment to continuous learning enabled him to address complex challenges across diverse industries, from automating metrology labs for Magellan Aerospace in Canada to consulting on manufacturing quality assurance for Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis, and supporting medical device compliance for companies such as Medtronics, Owens & Minor, Physio Control and Smith Medical.

Mr. Mead attributes his success to a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference through technology-driven solutions. He has worked with more than 200 companies worldwide, ranging from government agencies and military contractors such as NASA and Northrop Grumman to blood banks, tissue organizations and automotive manufacturers, always prioritizing client needs over personal advancement.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Mead has demonstrated civic commitment as a board member of the advisory committee for the Segal Institute's Microsystems Technology Program from 1998 to 2000. He has supported Autism Pensacola causes through donations to charity events benefiting autistic patients, as well as contributions to local churches and medical societies. He is known for helping those in need and frequently speaks to youth groups about the impact of technology.

Mr. Mead's achievements have been recognized with several honors: designation as a historic American descendant of Salvador Guerra by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Galvez Commission and City of Pensacola in 1981; membership on the risk management team for the President's Council on Y2K Conversion; multiple medals as a decorated high school, college and international athlete, including bronze, silver and gold medals in wrestling, and championship awards in woodworking.

Born in Pensacola, Mr. Mead maintains deep ties to his hometown community, where his family lineage traces back over five centuries to Spanish settlers recognized by federal, state, and local authorities. He enjoys golf, a tradition passed down from his grandfather, who helped build many local courses, and is committed to continuing his family's legacy of community involvement by supporting youth golf initiatives such as First Tee.
