He is additionally a corporate trainer at WFB Inspection and Consulting Co., where he has led the "Working with the Building Inspector" training program since 2013. This program, which he authored based on his extensive field experience, consists of 10 accredited courses recognized by the world's largest building code council (ICC) for continuing education units.

From 1983 to 2010, Mr. Lacina was owner and proprietor of Lacina Construction Services, providing general contracting, consulting, inspection and management services throughout the Southwest United States. His early career was marked by hands-on labor beginning at age 13 on construction sites, progressing to ownership of a small handyman business following his service in the United States Marine Corps. By age 21, he had earned his general contractor's license and expanded his business operations while gaining experience across multiple states and disciplines.

Mr. Lacina has been operating WFB Inspection & Consulting Co. since 2010, offering (DSA) Division of the State Architects Inspection & Consulting Services that span all phases of construction, from initial site preparation to final occupancy. His responsibilities include reviewing plans, contract specifications, conducting inspections, and constructability reviews, as well as serving as an expert witness for law firms on matters related to building, safety, and code compliance.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Lacina has demonstrated a commitment to public safety as a DSA Class-1 Building Inspector with the Division of the State Architect in California since 2007. He is responsible for overseeing life safety measures designed to protect occupants for generations. His consulting work encompasses every stage of construction, ensuring that each project meets rigorous standards.

Mr. Lacina's expertise extends beyond technical proficiency; he is also recognized as an authority in life coaching, executive business leadership and personal development. He became one of Dr. John Demartini's top facilitators for The Breakthrough Experience conference in the United States, helping individuals address internal and relationship challenges. Some of his professional affiliations include membership in the Architect Institute of America, the American Institute of Construction Inspectors, the International Code Council, the California State License Board and the Division of the State Architect in California including the Cal_FEMA for disaster relief volunteering.

Academically and later in life, Mr. Lacina earned a bachelor's degree in business and management from Corllins University. His educational background has been instrumental in shaping his approach to business operations and leadership within the construction industry, as the foundation of his success. He also holds several license certifications that underscore his expertise: facilitator with the Demartini Institute since 2012; post disaster safety assessment inspector and evaluator with the California Emergency Management Administration since 2012; class-1 state building inspector with the Division of the State Architect since 2007; uniform building code inspector with the International Code Council since 2006; and General Contracting Class-B license from the Contractors State License Board in California since 1983.

As an author, Mr. Lacina has published several works, including "Working with the Building Inspector" 10 courses (formerly known as "Beat the Building Inspector" a "Success Taining Program and Foundational Guide to Becoming a World Class Business.") In 2017 "Designing Business Relationships for Life" regarding 7 Simple Steps to Turn Acquaintances into High Performing Relationships" in 2015 and a published global article on post-traumatic stress dsorder and suicide for the international magazine, Amazing Women and Men of Power, among a few other co-authored book publications.

His civic engagement includes serving as a leadership transformation (volunteer) consultant with the Demartini Institute from 2012 to 2021. He has received accolades, including the Los Angeles Small Business Achievement Award, in recognition of his contributions to industry advancement. In his personal life, Mr. Lacina enjoys roller skating, snow skiing, outdoor activities, travel and culture and remains dedicated to sharing his knowledge through teaching and training others.
