From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Gonzalez held the position of inside sales at ABC Supply Co., Inc., serving the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. His comprehensive understanding of branch operations laid a strong foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

His academic background includes coursework in business, management, marketing and related support services at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, which he completed in 2021. Mr. Gonzalez initially pursued studies in radiologic technology but shifted to pharmacy during his final year due to limited job prospects following the Great Recession. After working as a pharmacy technician, he transitioned into the building materials industry through a recommendation from his father-in-law, who was employed as a truck driver at ABC Supply Co., Inc.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gonzalez has attributed his achievements to his faith in God, personal diligence, responsiveness and organizational abilities. He acknowledges the encouragement provided by supportive individuals throughout his journey.
