Prior to joining Klingbeil Capital Management, Ms. Baker served as Community Manager with Greystar in Maplewood, Missouri. In this role, she oversaw the daily operations of residential communities, managed leasing activities, coordinated maintenance efforts, and ensured resident satisfaction. Her proactive leadership and dedication to high standards of service allowed her to address challenges effectively and maintain a thriving community environment.

Ms. Baker began her professional journey as a Leasing Consultant and quickly advanced to the role of Assistant Property Manager with Greystar in St. Charles, Missouri, from 2014 to 2017. During this time, she played a pivotal role in revitalizing The Streets of St. Charles, a mixed-use property that had struggled with occupancy since its construction in 2012. When Ms. Baker joined the team, occupancy stood at only 45 percent. Through her strategic approach and dedication, she successfully increased occupancy to 95 percent in less than a year—an accomplishment she regards as one of the most significant achievements of her early career.

Throughout her career, Ms. Baker has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the industry. She received the prestigious Top 1% award in St. Louis from J Turner Research, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence and resident satisfaction. Additionally, her leadership has consistently resulted in high occupancy rates, strong team performance, and thriving communities.

Ms. Baker is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including local apartment associations in Denver, Orlando, and Southern Florida, as well as the National Apartment Association. She has further distinguished herself by earning the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2025, as well as the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential.
