Following Dreamforce, Mr. Abante is focused on driving internal adoption of East Park Group's solution within Salesforce, directly driving growth with new business and winning Hubspot competes in Salesforce's small and medium business sector. His efforts have strengthened the existing interest from Salesforce Ventures, asking the question, "Shouldn't the first step into the Agentic Enterprise be agentic?". Additionally, he plans to leverage momentum generated at Dreamforce to fuel the upcoming Jumpstart Agent Roadshow through North America, Nov 11-21. This strategic motion aims to position Jumpstart Agent as the activation driving a Q4 hockey stick with new logo wins and expansive growth into Q1 for Salesforce.

Before joining East Park Group, Mr. Abante spent two years at Microsoft from 2022 to 2024 as a solution area specialist for business applications. During this period, he played a pivotal role in selling and implementing Copilot, Microsoft's groundbreaking enterprise artificial intelligence platform. His work encompassed marketing automation, customer relationship management, sales, enterprise resource planning and project management solutions. Mr. Abante's empathetic approach to technology adoption, rooted in his experience at both Salesforce and Microsoft, emphasized human outcomes over technical features. He became known for making advanced technology approachable through storytelling and content creation, including podcasts and training materials that encouraged technical colleagues to engage audiences on platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn. His leadership contributed to his team's success in winning high-profile Copilot projects, earning him the Innovation Trailblazer Award through Microsoft People's Choice Awards in 2024 for his exceptional storytelling in promoting artificial intelligence within highly regulated sectors, such as financial services and healthcare.

From 2021 to 2022, Mr. Abante served as a strategic account executive at Chorus.ai, a conversation intelligence startup, where he played a key role in securing major accounts, including Starbucks. His tenure at Chorus.ai further solidified his reputation for leveraging innovative technology solutions to drive business outcomes.

Between 2020 and 2021, Mr. Abante held the position of account executive for enterprise clients at Salesforce after previously serving as an account executive for growth businesses from 2019 to 2020. During his time at Salesforce, he was part of the account team that closed the second largest deal in North America during the pandemic, a milestone that significantly enhanced his professional credibility.

From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Abante worked as an independent consultant for various technology startups, providing expertise in sales strategy and market development. In 2016, he joined LinkedIn as an account executive before moving into progressively senior roles at CareerBuilder: inside sales representative in 2013, national account manager from 2013 to 2015. At CareerBuilder.com, he sold applicant tracking systems and human resources solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Before transitioning into technology sales, Mr. Abante was the owner-operator of Rose Canon Productions from 2004 to 2013, while simultaneously pursuing a career as a singer-songwriter with MER Music Inc. from 2000 to 2013. These experiences provided him with invaluable skills in project management, content creation and storytelling, capabilities that have been central to his success in the technology sector.

Mr. Abante completed coursework in marketing at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb in 2000. Although he did not earn a degree, a decision that diverged from his conservative Filipino family's expectations, he credits this choice with allowing him to pursue his passion for music and becoming a national touring and recording artist at the age of nineteen. Touring full-time between the ages of 19 and 28, he performed approximately one hundred fifty to two hundred shows annually across the United States, collaborating with renowned bands and opening for musical heroes. This period taught him how to connect with diverse audiences and manage complex logistics within the music industry.

His transition into corporate America was motivated by a desire for stability when his children were young. As a single parent earning a modest, musicians income without health insurance, Mr. Abante was driven by scarcity but remained committed to providing for his family while being an engaged father and co-parent. Friends encouraged him to enter sales, particularly in the technology sector, where his interpersonal skills would be a valuable asset.

Throughout his career journey, Mr. Abante has overcome imposter syndrome stemming from not having a college degree by excelling at major companies, including CareerBuilder.com, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Microsoft. He now embraces authenticity in both personal and professional spheres while championing the integration of artificial intelligence with human-centric values.

Mr. Abante is deeply involved in civic initiatives throughout Chicago and beyond. He has contributed extensively to charity work within the city, participated in Filipino-American cultural events, supported Pacific Asian Heritage Month activities over two decades, engaged with employee resource groups at both Salesforce and Microsoft, assisted with Chinese New Year celebrations, raised awareness through Concerts for Cancer, and consistently used music and creativity to bridge gaps between communities while advocating for immigrants and minorities.

His creative pursuits include releasing his first album at the age of sixteen, a testament to his lifelong passion for music, touring professionally for over a decade, and continuing to perform regularly at venues such as House of Blues and the historic Navy Pier on major holidays like Labor Day and Memorial Day.

He remains dedicated to using artificial intelligence for a positive impact by making it accessible, allowing people to focus on family life, creativity, and meaningful relationships.

Mr. Abante enjoys spending time with his children; his daughter is currently studying nursing at the University of Kansas, having been accepted into every college she applied to with multiple scholarships. His son is a high school senior who has served as student council president for all three years and recently crowned Homecoming King. He plans to study physical therapy with a focus on sports medicine.
