He currently serves as Project Development Manager at Burns & McDonnell, overseeing staff and human resources functions to ensure team members are engaged in meaningful projects aligned with their career goals. In this role, Mr. Bartram conducts performance reviews, leads hiring and onboarding, develops new client relationships, and identifies innovative ways to support clients' existing and future needs.

Since 2020, he has also served as Section Manager, shaping the direction of his teams and fostering a culture of growth and accountability. From 2017 to 2025, he acted as Program Manager for two key clients, managing complex programs that contributed to the firm's strategic objectives. Earlier, in Burns & McDonnell's Baltimore office, he refined his skills in large-scale project management and team leadership through roles including Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.

Before joining Burns & McDonnell, Mr. Bartram built foundational experience at Kiewit, where he held positions including Engineer I, Engineer II, Materials Engineer, and Estimator, contributing to major infrastructure projects across the U.S. He began his career as a Land Surveyor for the City of Philadelphia. Among his notable achievements is the creation of a 60+ member program, providing employment opportunities and enhancing client support while fostering a collaborative team environment all while making clients successful.

Mr. Bartram holds a Master's degree in Executive Construction Management from Purdue University (2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Drexel University, where he was active in student leadership and athletics. As the first member of his family to graduate from college, he attributes his success to continued perseverance and choosing to do the hard things over the easy ones to progress forward in his career and life.

An active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the New York Yacht Club, and the Union Club of Boston, Mr. Bartram also engages in civic and community activities, including volunteering with United Way, supporting Sail Newport, and supporting the Beacon Hill Civic Association. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, skiing, fishing, paddleboarding, cooking, and reading.
