Before joining WHOOP in 2025, Mr. MacLeod was the head of Retail Customer Care at CVS Health from 2023 to 2025 where he led a pivotal customer-focused transformation, improving net promoter scores (NPS) by over 3500 basis points among customers who contacted customer service regarding their experience in one of CVS's 9,000 stores and pharmacies. He also led the creation of a new function to support the supplemental benefits flex card program for CVS Health's Aetna Medicare and Medicaid members.

Prior to CVS Health, Mr. MacLeod held senior leadership positions at Chewy, Wayfair, Barclays, and Bank of America where his relentless focus on the customer and employee experience drove results and customer experiences that exceeded targets and cultivated a safe, collaborative, productive, rewarding, and joyful environment for employees in his organization.

Mr. MacLeod holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Maine. In addition, he earned a Six Sigma green belt certification from Villanova University, equipping him with advanced skills in process improvement that have been instrumental throughout his career.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. MacLeod has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement. He currently serves as the chair of the board of directors for Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program, supporting efforts to address food insecurity in Maine communities. Previously, Mr. MacLeod was a board member with the Central & Western Maine Workforce Development Program from 2017 to 2018.
