SANGER, TX, November 07, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William "BJ" Joseph Lascor Sr. has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Mr. Lascor has established a multifaceted career defined by entrepreneurship and community involvement. Since 2017, he has served as the owner of Lascor Enterprises, a company he founded out of a passion for real estate and investment. Under his leadership, Lascor Enterprises has diversified its portfolio to include not only real estate but also various business ventures. Mr. Lascor's approach to business is shaped by his willingness to learn from both successes and failures, which he credits as the foundation for his professional development and acumen. He considers his failures to be successes because of the learning and growth that comes with.

In 2023, Mr. Lascor launched Young Gentlemen of Valor, a separate venture supported by Lascor Enterprises. This four-year curriculum is designed to guide young men in grades ninth through twelth in developing essential life skills such as etiquette, financial literacy and basic tool/vehicle knowledge along with many other aspects he feels men should know. It is a Christ centered program. This program currently operates in person but is being developed for online delivery to reach a broader audience. Mr. Lascor dedicates significant time to this initiative, integrating it into his daily routine alongside his responsibilities as a husband, parent and entrepreneur.

Mr. Lascor has also been the co-owner of Training Society Denton since 2022, further expanding his entrepreneurial footprint. His experience includes serving as vice president of Silver Lining HCS LLC since 2016, where he has invested into the organization's growth and operations.

Between 2017 and 2020, Mr. Lascor also co-owned and operated Precision Privacy and Stain, applying his expertise in construction and business management to deliver specialized services. Prior to these ventures, he worked as a warehouse agent at Expeditors from 2012 to 2015, gaining valuable logistics experience that informed his later business pursuits. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lascor was a supervisor at Team Sheetmetal from 2004 to 2010, during which time he earned a certificate in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration from ATI. He also has experience in many other fields such as, landscaping, trim carpentry, painting and more.

Civic engagement is an important aspect of Mr. Lascor's life. He served with the Lions Club and supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Demonstrating a commitment to service, he frequently performs random acts of kindness, such as anonymously paying for veterans' meals at restaurants. Additionally, he has volunteered as a recreational soccer coach for six years, contributing positively to youth development in his community. Currently coaches and serves at Liberty Christian prepatory school. In spring of '26 he will be going on his second mission trip out of the country, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Lascor attributes much of his success to hard work, perseverance and an openness to learning from failure. He believes that reflecting on past mistakes is essential for growth and improvement, a philosophy that continues to guide his professional and personal endeavors.

Born in Denver, Mr. Lascor finds fulfillment in spending time outdoors, working out, restoring an old '79 Ford Bronco, reading (on occasion), visiting the lake, hiking and walking. His family remains central to his sense of accomplishment and purpose, serving as his greatest source of pride and motivation. Faith also plays a pivotal role in Mr. Lascor's life; he places Christ at the forefront of his priorities and strives daily to embody Christian values in both his personal conduct and family life. He also is an active member of his church, New Beginnings, where he servings as head of the security team and volunteers/gives every chance he gets.

Looking ahead, Mr. Lascor aims to expand Young Gentlemen of Valor beyond its current base in Texas by developing classroom-based programs as well as an online platform accessible nationwide. Through these efforts, he seeks to make a lasting impact on future generations while continuing to lead by example for his family and community.
