Mr. Koenigshof then became a frontline manager in Fort Wayne in 1994, before serving in the same capacity in Indianapolis between 2001 and 2003.

In 2004, Mr. Koenigshof was promoted to director of clinical technology services at ARAMARK Healthcare. From 2006 to 2009, he served as a clinical technology analyst. He then spent another 10 years with the organization as a district manager for ARAMARK Healthcare across the Eastern U.S. from 2009 to 2019. In this position, Mr. Koenigshof was responsible for supervising multiple teams and facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client expectations. His leadership was marked by a focus on developing talent within his teams, a quality that stands as his most notable achievement.

Before joining ARAMARK, Mr. Koenigshoft began his career at St. Joseph Medical Center in Fort Wayne, marking the beginning of his career in health care technology. From 1987 to 1990, he worked as a biomedical technician, maintaining and repairing medical equipment.

Mr. Koenigshof's academic foundation includes an associate's degree in electronics engineering from ITT Technical Institute, earned in 1984. This educational background provided him with the technical knowledge essential for his early roles and has continued to support his ability to quickly analyze problems and deliver prompt solutions, which have been crucial to his success.
