Mr. Vinyard is also the head of supervision at Momentum Wealth Partners in Mount Laurel, New Jersey — which provides securities and advisory services to financial advisors aspiring to start their own business — where he continues to ensure compliance and operational excellence within the organization.

Prior to reaching his current positions, Mr. Vinyard served as vice president and LPL financial advisor at Legacy Financial Consulting Services from 2019 to 2023. In this capacity, he provided comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients, further solidifying his reputation as an expert in finance.

Mr. Vinyard's multidisciplinary career also includes significant experience with the United States Department of Defense. He was the assistant chief of staff at the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense from 2017 to 2018, following his tenure as assistant program manager at the same office from 2016 to 2017. Both of these roles involved oversight of critical defense initiatives and program management responsibilities, all of which enhanced the leadership acumen he continues to employ today.

Hailing from two decades of outstanding military service, Mr. Vinyard excelled in progressive leadership roles within the United States Army Reserve and United States Army. Since 2020, he has held the rank of lieutenant colonel and serves as an instructor for the Command and General Staff Officers Course in the Army Reserve. Prior to this, he was chief of internal review for the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) from 2019 to 2020 and system chair at Army Test and Evaluation Command from 2018 to 2019.

From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Vinyard commanded troops with the special mission unit Asymmetric Warfare Group, following earlier command positions with Alpha Company, 2-2 Infantry and 3-1 Infantry Brigade Combat Teams from 2012 to 2013 as well as Focused Targeting Force and 3-1 Infantry Brigade Combat Teams from 2011 to 2012. His earlier assignments included executive officer at the Headquarters and Headquarters Company from 2009 to 2010, platoon leader of the Presidential Salute Battery from 2008 to 2009 and platoon leader of the Charlie Troop, 2-1 Cavalry, 4/2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Vinyard served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas throughout the world in support of the Global War on Terror.

Throughout his journey, Mr. Vinyard has been recognized for his commitment to ongoing professional development and industry engagement. He served as president of the Business Network International (BNI) Flagship Chapter in Erie from 2020 to 2021 and 2024 to 2025, and has been active with organizations such as the Project Management Institute, the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, the Financial Planning Association and the Manufacturer & Business Association.

Consistently putting his time and effort toward helping others, Mr. Vinyard also contributes as a financial educator with the Association of Financial Educators and serves on the board of trustees for Erie Day School. His civic involvement extends to roles such as vice president of internal relations with Young Erie Professionals and committee member for Presque Isle State Park Advisory Committee under the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Mr. Vinyard's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Lindenwood University. Along with his education, he attributes his ongoing success to a relentless desire for learning and growth coupled with perseverance through challenges. This mindset has enabled him to achieve high levels of distinction in both his military service and ability to guide clients and fellow professionals in the financial realm.

To augment his qualifications and leadership skills, Mr. Vinyard holds several advanced certifications that underscore his expertise. He was certified as a chartered financial consultant conferred by The American College of Financial Services in 2023, a chartered retirement plans specialist by the College for Financial Planning in 2022 and as a certified financial planner professional by the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board in 2021.

Furthermore, Mr. Vinyard became certified as a wealth management professional through The American College of Financial Services in 2020 and obtained U.S. Army Acquisition Corps membership through the Acquisition Support Center in 2019. He also holds multiple general securities certificates through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and a Series 66 license through the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA).

Mr. Vinyard's exemplary military service has seen him honored with several prestigious accolades over the years, including the Army Commendation Medal for Valor, a Bronze Star for Valor, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal from the United States Department of Defense and an Order of Saint Maurice from the United States Army.
