Promoted, she became an EHS manager in 2020, senior operations EHS manager in 2022, and corporate EHS director between 2023 and 2025. Ms. Philipp's influence within the organization was instrumental in implementing operational safety improvements and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Prior to working at Tennat Company, Ms. Philipp held an EHS specialist role with Cantel Medical in Plymouth, Minnesota, from 2017 to 2018. She contributed to the company's compliance efforts and helped develop training programs for staff. Ms. Philipp's previously worked as an EHS advisor with U.S. Compliance Corporation, providing consulting services to a range of clients and helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements, between 2015 and 2017.

Among her earlier roles, Ms. Philipp's professional journey included experience at Cabela's, where she was a safety and environmental business partner in Sidney, Nebraska, from 2013 to 2015. In this role, she developed and implemented safety initiatives, correlating with their It's in your Nature campaign for retail operations and distribution. Ms. Philipp previously served as an asset protection manager at Cabela's in Saginaw, Nebraska between 2012 and 2013, after initially being hired by the organization as an asset protection specialist at its Fort Worth, Texas, location in 2012, focusing on loss prevention and risk management where her efforts led to saving profits in both operational and external shrink.

Ms. Philipp's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a focus on loss prevention services from Northern Michigan University, earned in 2012. This educational foundation provided her with a strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance, which has been integral to her success in the field of environmental health and safety.

Beyond her formal education, Ms. Philipp holds several professional certifications that have enhanced her expertise and effectiveness. She initially became loss prevention qualified through the Loss Prevention Foundation. Subsequently, Ms. Philipp earned the Occupational Safety and Health Administration 1910 and 1926 30-hour certification, demonstrating her knowledge of occupational safety standards, and achieved Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification.

Ms. Philipp is a dedicated member of several professional organizations, including the EHS council and the American Society of Safety Professionals. She also recently began serving as an EHS council member with the Manufacturers Alliance, collaborating with industry peers to share best practices, developing safety standards and contributing to the advancement of EHS initiatives across the manufacturing sector.

Throughout her career, Ms. Philipp has been recognized for her leadership and contributions. Most notably, she led a team at Tennant Company that received a Safety Award, underscoring her ability to drive positive outcomes and foster a culture of safety.
