Mr. Bell has established himself as a distinguished expert in the field of Healthcare Business Development; he is currently serving as a Business Development Executive in healthcare at Inmar Intelligence since 2023. In this capacity, he manages three divisions of sales as well as the new business from the Inside Sales team. In this role he manages the sales of Reconciliation Services, DSCSA Compliance software as well as Recall Management services. His role involves direct collaboration with pharmacists and health systems, supporting these pharmacists in securing reimbursements from insurance carriers, remaining compliant with DSCSA regulations and evolving the workflow of pharmaceutical recall management.

During his tenure at Inmar Intelligence, Mr. Bell has achieved significant milestones, including becoming the second member on the reconciliation team and co-managing a quota of $2.2 million while maintaining $1 million quota for additional services. He has demonstrated a consultative approach to sales, emphasizing personal connections and genuine care for clients' needs. His ability to engage meaningfully with stakeholders within minutes has been pivotal in his success.

Prior to joining Inmar Intelligence, Mr. Bell held the position of Director of Business Development at Two Labs between 2021 and 2023. At Two Labs, he was one of only two members on the EHRx team, working closely with emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers during critical drug launches and supporting their commercialization strategies. In 2021, he served as a startup advisor at Startups.com, where he worked with founders and Chief Executive Officers to connect them with organizations that could advance their ventures.

From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Bell was an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Updox, playing a vital role during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As one of three Business Development Representatives on the Enterprise healthcare team, he was responsible for hospitals and health systems across the East Coast. During this period, he worked extended hours to support health care providers transitioning to telehealth solutions, often providing personalized assistance to doctors and presenting to high-level executives such as the board of directors at Orlando Health. It was during this time that Mr. Bell recognized the importance of selling healthcare solutions to advance healthcare to the public and provide meaningful services across the country.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bell worked as an Engineering Recruiter at ProLink Staffing from 2018 until 2019, during which time he was instrumental in initiating a new line of service for manufacturing and engineering roles and was recognized as the first Recruiter for their Resources team in the Columbus office. His foundational experiences include serving as an Executive Recruiting intern at Z-Careers from 2017 to 2018, as a Marketing Intern at E.E. Ward Moving & Storage in 2017, and as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern at the Ohio State University from 2014 until 2015.

Providing Mr. Bell with strong communication skills that have been integral to his consultative sales approach was his academic background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in Writing, Rhetoric and Literacy from the Ohio State University, earned in 2017. He was recognized on the dean's list for his academic achievements by the end of his tenure.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Bell attributes his success to his commitment to selling products he believes in and making a positive impact within healthcare. He emphasizes the importance of his current role by supporting independent pharmacists who serve their communities under challenging circumstances.

As Mr. Bell continues to develop in his career, he recognizes that, while a role in Business Development and Sales is often viewed as an "Individual Contributor" within an organization, nobody can do this alone. It is with the help of specific mentors throughout his career that he has been able to consistently look to grow. Through the support of his first Manager, Huston Byers, the individual that gave him his first opportunity to work in Healthcare, Valene Mason and his current Vice President, Rob DeWig, he is able to to visualize what success looks like and the traits required to be an effective contributor as well as leader.

Civically engaged, Mr. Bell is an active participant in Pelotonia, a nonprofit organization based in Columbus dedicated to cancer research and treatment through fundraising bicycle rides in partnership with the Ohio State University. In 2023, he rode 100 miles in one day and raised $2,500 for cancer research initiatives. He also volunteers as a mentor for individuals seeking guidance in their careers — particularly those entering fields unrelated to their educational backgrounds — and offers support to students from the Ohio State University.

Looking ahead, Mr. Bell is developing a health care-focused project aimed at simplifying patient access to medical care by creating systems that facilitate proactive outreach from providers to patients. He intends to continue advancing within Inmar Intelligence while further developing his expertise on the reconciliation, DSCSA compliance and recall management teams. Additionally, he is committed to mentoring others interested in healthcare sales and business development.
