Under his leadership, Velocity has grown to five locations across New York, including Hawthorne, Armonk, Yorktown Heights, Mamaroneck, and Fishkill. His "diamond model" for regional accessibility has become a blueprint for scalable, community-integrated athlete development. His work spans over 45 sports and includes partnerships with high schools, club teams, and collegiate programs.

A certified expert in human movement, Mr. Bledsoe holds membership with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength & Conditioning Association (NCSA), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Science for Sport and USA Lacrosse. His certifications include Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, and most recently, Peak Height Velocity and Maturity Offset Practitioner. His approach blends biomechanics, long-term athletic development, and mentorship to create transformative experiences for athletes of all ages.

In 2025, Mr. Bledsoe launched The Better Athletes Podcast, a platform that amplifies voices in sport and education. The show features conversations with elite coaches, athletes, and thought leaders, including Coach Andrew Pyke, the PLL's Matty Palumb, Duke Lacrosse greats, CJ Costabile & Deemer Class, Fordham Hall of Famer John Skelton and Lawrenceville School's Coach Aly Dowey. Produced in partnership with Velocity, the podcast reflects Mr. Bledsoe's commitment to elevating the athlete experience through storytelling and shared wisdom.

Beyond business, Mr. Bledsoe serves as Vice President of Boys Lacrosse for Wappingers Warriors Youth Lacrosse, where he has helped build a four-season curriculum and tournament pipeline for athletes in grades K–8. His leadership has contributed to the growth of lacrosse in the Hudson Valley and inspired a generation of young players.

Mr. Bledsoe also founded Aramid Ventures LLC, a Dutchess County-based entity focused on strategic investments in sports, wellness, and youth development. His entrepreneurial spirit and ability to cultivate investor confidence have been instrumental in expanding his professional footprint.

A proud alumnus of Fordham University (BA, Political Science, Communications & Media Studies, 2011), Mr. Bledsoe earned All-Patriot League honors as a defensive lineman and served as team captain for the Rams football program. He was inducted into the Our Lady of Lourdes High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2022 and named to Dutchess County's 40 Under 40 list in 2024.

Mr. Bledsoe attributes his success to a lifelong involvement in competitive athletics, the influence of mentors, and the support of his network—including business partners Vito Galasso, Brian Fee, Dan Faison, and others who have championed his vision. He resides in Dutchess County with his wife Sarah and their two sons, Kasen (KJ) and Chase.
