Her professionalism, integrity, and strategic marketing expertise have earned her consistent recognition as both Top Selling Agent and Top Buying Agent in Commercial and Residential sales in Northeast Ohio, Central Indiana and South Florida.

Between 2021 and 2025, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer also contributed her expertise to Tikal Homes as an exclusive listing agent, website and advertising designer, and interior designer. In this role, she oversaw property listings, implemented comprehensive marketing campaigns, and enhanced the aesthetic appeal of homes through her design sensibilities.

Prior to her work with Tikal Homes, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer held key leadership positions in mortgage finance, including regional branch manager and production manager at Pulte Homes from 2012 to 2017, and senior loan officer at Huntington Bank from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior regional account executive with National City Mortgage, where she provided tailored financial guidance and lending solutions to clients.

Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer's professional involvement extends beyond her career achievements. She has been an active member of several industry organizations, most notably the Women's Council of Realtors, where she served from 2012 to 2019, including as president-elect and past board treasurer in 2018. Her election to leadership roles reflected her peers' recognition of her expertise, vision, and influence within the real estate community, particularly as she expanded her focus into commercial real estate.

Her civic and philanthropic efforts are equally distinguished. Since 2012, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer has volunteered as an "elf" in the Tour of Good Cheer, an annual initiative founded by Dick Clough & Friends that brings holiday cheer to children and families in need throughout Cleveland's shelters. Alongside her husband Matt Lohmeyer, the owner of Tri-State Forestry, she helps coordinate yearly Christmas events that distribute coats, clothing, toys, and books to children at nearly ten local shelters. The program includes visits from Santa Claus, the sharing of candy canes and gifts, and support for families during the holiday season.

In addition to her professional and charitable accomplishments, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer is also a published author. Her debut novel, America's Mighty Mouse: The Chuck Vinci Story, chronicles the life of her late uncle, Chuck Vinci, a two-time Olympic gold medalist in weightlifting. The book traces the Vinci family's journey from their humble beginnings in Italy to their perseverance and triumphs in Cleveland, Ohio. Through vivid historical realism and cinematic storytelling, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer captures both the rise of an unlikely world-class athlete and the enduring strength of a family whose resilience was built on faith, sacrifice, and the pursuit of the American dream.

Looking ahead, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer plans to adapt her book into a feature film, bringing her uncle's extraordinary life—and the Vinci family legacy—to the screen.
