Mr. Sanchez attributes his success to his faith, family, mentors and a strong personal drive to grow and give his best. Growing up in a challenging environment with his mother working two jobs inspired him to pursue education at Dean Tech Vocational High School, where he balanced academic studies with hands-on fieldwork. Entering the CNC manufacturing industry, he spent 23 years building expertise before transitioning into training engineers in CAD/CAM software. His technical training experience led him into leadership roles within his home church, where he taught youth leaders and developed internal leadership programs. Combining his background in engineering, coding and financial literacy, he founded BlueX based on the principles of "learn, live, lead," teaching single mothers, nonprofits and churches how to manage their debt. By age twenty, he had achieved a six-figure income and established a strong reputation within his community. He currently serves as Executive Pastor of Operations at a growing church in Springfield, overseeing finance and human resources while continuing to teach and mentor others.
Civic engagement is central to Mr. Sanchez's life. He served as campus pastor at Restoration City Church from 2019 to 2022, further demonstrating his commitment to faith-based leadership and community outreach.
In his personal life, Mr. Sanchez enjoys listening to podcasts, playing golf and spending time with his family. He is the father of Julie and Pedro Addiel and been married to his lovely wife, Sheila for 25 years. His family remains his strongest support system, encouraging him through late nights, early mornings and ongoing dedication to community service.
Looking ahead, Mr. Sanchez aims to expand BlueX Solutions into communities that are most in need of financial literacy, leadership development and mentorship. He is focused on empowering the next generation to lead themselves and others, emphasizing the importance of giving back in proportion to what one receives. His plans include growing BlueX through capacity building, content creation and training programs, particularly within the Latino business sector. He envisions a future where diverse trainers and resources help guide individuals through self-discovery and personal growth, challenging limiting beliefs and supporting others through coaching and leadership.
