Ms. Bennett directs enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial launches, and she provides executive coaching and leadership development that measure human metrics alongside financial outcomes. Her work centers on designing scalable, human-forward systems that build resilient organizations, steward legacy, and create generational impact. Ms. Bennett balances multiple responsibilities within the business while continuously seeking improvement and fostering engagement.

In 2025, Ms. Bennett became President and franchise owner of Mosquito Nix, Madison and Waukesha County. There she demonstrates a commitment to leadership and inclusion by ensuring employees receive a living wage and by emphasizing the importance of every team member's contribution to organizational success.

Since 2024, Ms. Bennett has served as Senior Program Manager and Product Line Leader at Astronautics Corporation of America. In this position she leads complex projects, leveraging her leadership expertise to drive program success and innovation. She oversees product-line performance, qualification programs, and production outcomes, and she is known for building strong team dynamics and driving results while preventing burnout.

Ms. Bennett is also Managing Director of DS7 LLC, the defense-facing consultancy she founded in 2019. DS7 LLC serves local, state, and federal governments, delivering sustainable impacts through program recovery, supply chain integration, manufacturability assessments, and mission-focused operational transformation. The company provides pragmatic solutions that strengthen readiness, create resilient supply chains, and enable long-term program success for government and defense clients.

From 2018 to 2024, Ms. Bennett served as Senior Program Manager for Engineering Development at Leonardo DRS. During her tenure she led a string of high-stakes turnarounds and technical recoveries. Her work included revitalizing a troubled $26 million program, converting a $250,000 initiative into a multi million dollar success, and transforming the Medium Voltage Medium Frequency program from approximately $24 million into over $400 million program with a roadmap for follow-on success. She was frequently entrusted with the toughest customer-facing assignments and cross-functional technical challenges, delivering results on time and under budget and securing critical follow-on orders. Ms. Bennett became known as the go-to leader for work others avoid, solving what others will not.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Bennett served 14 years in the U.S. Navy, where she led logistics and maintenance operations and developed the leadership and systems thinking that now guide her work in industry and consulting. From 2016 to 2018 she served as Senior Manager, Program Support, with responsibility for more than $6 billion in government contracts, working in a joint role with the Defense Contract Management Agency. From 2011 to 2016 she served as Supply Officer Department Head aboard the USS Cheyenne and USS Asheville, where she turned around a struggling logistics team. Between 2005 and 2011 she served as Aviation Electrician's Mate, Petty Officer Second Class, supervising aircraft maintenance and quality. As a Submarine Supply Corps officer, her teams earned more awards than any other unit under her leadership, which is a testament to her ability to inspire excellence and promote advancement among sailors.

Ms. Bennett is an active member of Veterans in Business, Business Networking International, Franchise Brokers Association, and other professional organizations. She is civically engaged and is a sports coach and youth activities director for local programs.

Education and certifications include a Master of Science in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2017); the Harvard Business Analytics Program; Project Management Professional; Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change Leadership (University of Wisconsin–Platteville); Graduate Certificate in Joint Professional Military Education (U.S. Naval War College); Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management Executive Leadership (American Military University); Acquisition and Contracting Level II and Program Management (Defense Acquisition University); Profit Acceleration Coach (2025); and Franchise Broker (2025). She also completed rigorous Navy professional schools, including Supply Corps Officer Basic Qualification, Division Officer Leadership Course, Submarine Officer Basic Course and additional Submarine Officer training, Supply Officer Department Head Course, Department Head Leadership Course, Contingency Coordinator/Division Officer of the Watch, Command Fitness Leader Course, and USN Individual Augmentation Warrior Skills Training. These programs forged operational discipline, crisis leadership, and system-level thinking that Ms. Bennett has repeatedly applied to transform underperforming programs and lead technical recoveries.

Ms. Bennett's service is distinguished by multiple military and civilian honors, including multiple Joint Service commendations, two Joint Service Commendation Medals, a Navy Commendation Medal, four Navy Achievement Medals, deployment and unit awards, expert warfare and marksmanship qualifications, and civilian recognitions including Volunteer of the Year (Elks Lodge, 2024) and Sailor of the Year, Pacific Fleet (2006). Ms. Bennett attributes her success to recognizing the value and potential within people, shaped by growing up with limited resources that instilled empathy and a passion for inclusive leadership. Beginning her coaching journey at age fourteen through youth sports instruction, she learned how placing individuals in roles that suit their strengths builds high-performing teams.
