For the past three years, he has served as project engineer at SAM Construction Services in Florida, where he oversees contractors performing work for the Florida Department of Transportation. In this capacity, he applies his expertise in civil engineering and construction scheduling to identify and resolve project issues, refer contractor problems to the department, coordinate solutions and determine when additional resources or funding are required for project completion. He is responsible for preparing and submitting detailed documentation and reports, monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and supervising a team of four inspectors to maintain thorough oversight and quality control.

Prior to joining SAM Construction Services in 2022, Mr. Vosberg held the position of project administrator at Parsons Corporation from 2021 to 2022. In this role, he managed various aspects of transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facilitating communication between contractors and stakeholders. From 2020 to 2021, he was also a project administrator at Metric Engineering Inc., where he contributed to the successful execution of public works projects throughout Florida.

In 2020, Mr. Vosberg served as project manager at Remington & Vernick Engineers in New Jersey. There, he was responsible for overseeing engineering teams on municipal infrastructure projects, managing budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance with technical specifications. His earlier experience includes a year as construction inspector at Gannett Fleming from 2019 to 2020, where he conducted site inspections and verified that construction activities met safety and quality standards.

From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Vosberg advanced through the ranks at Gannett Fleming as assistant resident engineer. During this decade-long tenure in New Jersey, he conducted construction and bridge inspections as well as oversaw bridge repairs—work that included memorable assignments such as inspecting bridges over the Hudson River in New York under challenging conditions. These experiences not only tested his technical skills but also his resolve; standing hundreds of feet above water with only a harness for safety left a lasting impression on him.

Between 2005 and 2010, Mr. Vosberg worked as inspector/engineer at Malick & Scherer P.C., gaining valuable design experience that would later support his attainment of professional engineer licensure in both New Jersey and Florida. His career began upon graduating from college in 2000 when he joined Bechtel Corporation as construction coordinator. In this role from 2000 to 2005, he collaborated with AT&T to build cellular networks across the country, including significant projects on 2G, 3G and UMTS networks prior to the AT&T merger. Notably, he installed cell towers at high-profile locations such as the Publisher's Clearing House headquarters in New York and directly above Bill Gates' desk at Microsoft in Washington state, an experience that underscored both the technical complexity and unique challenges of telecommunications infrastructure development. Additionally, he held the position of assistant land development manager at Toll Brothers in 2004, where he contributed to residential development projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vosberg has been an active member of industry organizations such as Theta Tau and the Project Management Institute. He holds several professional certifications: professional engineer from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers, professional engineer from the State of New Jersey, NICET IV - Heavy Highway Construction from NICET and project management professional from the Project Management Institute. These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining high standards within his field.

Mr. Vosberg's educational foundation was established with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, in 2000. The rigorous academic training provided by Purdue University equipped him with essential analytical skills that have been instrumental throughout his multifaceted career, from complex bridge inspections to large-scale telecommunications installations. He also attributes much of his success to his military background, which instilled perseverance and determination—qualities that have enabled him to overcome adversity during demanding projects or periods of transition.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Vosberg has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement through clothing donations, food donations and participation in medical missions. He has also been deeply involved in public speaking for nearly two decades at his spiritual center and served as educator and presenter for Spiritist Group Love & Light from 2004 to 2013.
